City of Athens Disclosure Forms

I will be delivering copies of the city's "Landlord/Occupant Declaration of Compliance and Disclosure" form to each of your apartments. A copy of this form was turned in to the city Code Enforcement office as required by law.  It lists each of your names and what apartment  you occupy.

The purpose of the form is to communicate to YOU, the tenants, key laws and regulations regarding living off-campus.  Each of you should read the form and maybe keep it in a drawer in the kitchen in case you need to refer to it.  It has information regarding the Nuisance Party law, litter and recycling ordinances, etc.
