Parking

Here is some important information about parking at Stimson Gardens:

1) You must have your blue pass displayed on the back of your rear view mirror whenever you are parked in the lot.  Cars not properly displaying the tag could be towed.

2) Tenants may park in any space EXCEPT the two closest to Bella Vino.  Those two spaces along side the store are reserved for Bella Vino customers.

3) Please be sure your guests know they cannot park in either of the lots or the garage when they come to visit you.  Every spot belongs to someone so they will be inconveniencing someone who has paid for a parking spot.

4) Be sure to always lock your car!  We had someone lose some stuff from an unlocked car recently.
